• On-Site Grooming Assessment: An essential first step in the process, our groomers center the start of each visit around building trust with the pet parents and the pet. After meeting you at your door and pet introductions, your groomer will confirm the details of the appointment, touch base with you on any concerns, and assess behavior and temperament. Once the groomer and pet are safely inside the van, they fully and thoroughly inspect the condition of the coat, skin, paws, ears and eyes, taking note of any mats, areas of irritation or potential concerns. This is vital to ensuring your cat or dog has a comfortable, pleasant grooming experience.
• Nail Clipping: Keeping nails at a healthy length protects more than just your furniture. Overgrown nails can lead to infection, pain, splits and tears, and it can even cause mobility issues. This preventative step keeps your pet moving and thriving. 
• Brushing & Removal of Knots & Debris: Thoroughly brushing through the coat has many positive benefits, including removal of excess hair, loosening of knots and foreign debris, detangling and even helping with the removal of dead skin cells. • Eye Cleaning: Gentle eye cleaning is an essential part of the grooming routine, helping to remove irritating eye gunk and unsightly tear stains.
