Celebrate Your Pup’s Birthday

Your dog is a huge part of your life! Celebrate your pup with these simple tips:

1. Make them their own birthday pupcake.
   • Recipe:
     1. 1/2 cup oatmeal
     2. 1 cup flour
     3. 1/4 applesauce
     4. 1/4 cup honey
     5. 1/4 peanut butter
     6. 1 tsp baking soda
     7. 1 egg
   • Topping:
     • Peanut butter
     • Dog food or treats
     • Mix ingredients. Set oven to 350 degrees. Spray cupcake pan with nonstick spray. Pour into cupcake pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Spread peanut butter on top. Add treats on top of peanut butter. Let your pup enjoy and celebrate another great year with them!
2. Play a doggy play date. If your dog has other canine friends, invite them over to play.
3. Take your dog to his favorite place. Whether your dog loves the dog park, the beach, the mountains, or loves being out on the town, take some time to let him play in his favorite place.
4. Get your dog a basket of toys and treats. New toys are a great way to celebrate your favorite pup.
5. Take pictures. Remember their birthday with some sweet, special pictures of your pup.
